General maintenance appointments includes general cleaning, lubricating and tension balancing for your home sewing machine. Ideal for machines sounding suspicious, cranky, noisy, or just needing some tender loving care for your sewing machine that may have not been cleaned for a while.

| Quick Clean | A 30-minute session to clean and lubricate your sewing machine. The bobbin area, needle bar cover will be accessed to remove any thread and lint. These areas will be lubricated as appropriate. A new Schmetz 80/12 needle will be installed, the tension will be adjusted if needed for straight and zig-zag stitches. | $40.00 | Standard Rate | This is not a full service appointment, no repairs will be done. If an issue is discovered that requires additional time, the fee from this session will be applied toward a full service appointment, if the machine is scheduled during this visit. |
