    • Because embroidery machines are more complex, some repairs may require specialty parts or need certified manufacturer support. 

How long does service take?

  • My standard turnaround time is two weeks
    • Depending on my workload I may be able to service your machine with a quicker turnaround time.

What if my machine needs parts?

  • If replacement parts are needed, I will contact you with an estimate before ordering or installing them.
    • No additional work is performed without your approval.

Should I clean my sewing machine myself?
