Sewing Machine Drop Off Policy

Please Remove:

• Any personal items from your sewing machine before dropping off your machine.
• Unless otherwise requested, only include a standard presser foot for your sewing machine, unless their is an issue with a specific presser foot.

Include:

• Foot Pedal and power cord
• Bobbin  and bobbin case 
• Sewing Machine Owners Manual, if you have a one.
• Thread and a sample of the fabric you are using, if you are having stitch issues.
• Describe any issues you are having

What to expect:

When you arrive:

• We will inspect your machine noting any existing damage or missing parts
• Plug in your machine to check how your machine is running, if applicable.
• Re thread your machine
• Do a test sew with straight and zig-zag stitch (if zig-zag applicable)
• Discuss any issues you are having with your machine and attempt to duplicate the problem.
