Service Policy

Services are by appointment whenever possible.

Machines are evaluated before work begins.

If additional repairs or parts are needed, customer approval is required before proceeding.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and parts availability.
Estimate & Repair Authorization

Routine maintenance is charged at the published service rate.

Repairs beyond routine maintenance require customer approval.

If replacement parts are needed, you'll provide an estimate before ordering.

The customer may decline repairs after receiving the estimate.
Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service before the machine is released.

List accepted payment methods.

State any late payment fees if invoices are allowed.
Parts Policy

Replacement parts are billed separately unless included in a quoted price.

Some parts may no longer be available for older or discontinued machines.

Parts availability can affect turnaround time.
Machine Pickup Policy

Customers will be notified when their machine is ready.
-
Machines should be picked up within a week within notification your machine is ready.

If the customer is unable to pick up their sewing machine within a week, the customer needs to contact TC's Sew Loved Machine Care to schedule a pick up date within seven (7) days of being notified.

If the customer does not communicate with TC's Sew Loved Machine Care to schedule a pick up their sewing machine after seven (7) days of being notified via email, or text message or a phone message, a storage fee will be applied at $5.00 per week.
- If the sewing machine has not been picked up by 30 days after the initial notification the machine service was completed, per Colorado Revised Statute §§ 38-1-101 — 38-53-110, Article 20. A lien may be filed for the cost of labor charges due with the intent to sell the sewing machine to cover the labor charges.

Warranty Policy
If you choose to offer one, keep it simple.Routine maintenance is warranted for 30 days against workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, worn parts, or problems unrelated to the service performed.
