I am currently in apprenticeship training for sewing machine maintenance and repair. During this time, I’m offering discounted rates as I continue to build my skills. This is a great opportunity to have your machine serviced at a lower cost while supporting a local small business in Longmont, Colorado.

 

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please bring your power cord, foot pedal, bobbin and bobbin case (for front and side load machines).

If available a scrap of the material & thread you were using when you encountered the issue.

Depending on the machine model, I may ask you to bring your manual to your appointment.

What can I expect when I bring in my machine?

Start by reaching out to schedule an appointment and let me know what’s going on with your sewing machine.

When you arrive, we’ll test the machine together to identify the issue. I’ll provide an estimated timeframe for service, and if any parts are needed, I’ll keep you updated on ordering and arrival times.

If I discover anything additional while working on your machine, I’ll always check in with you before moving forward.

At your first visit, you’ll also fill out a quick new customer form so I have the best contact information to keep you informed, along with details about pickup once your machine is ready.
